Responsibilities

→Partner with business leaders to understand financial needs and align strategies with organisational goals.
→Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to evaluate performance, identify trends, and predict outcomes.
→Analyse financial data and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior management.
→Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
→Identify risks and opportunities, recommend mitigation strategies, and support new financial systems and process improvements.

4+ years of finance experience in a global organisation, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is a plus.
Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques with a focus on accuracy and insight.
Proven collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems.
