Senior Machine Learning Scientist

You will have the opportunity to build cutting-edge machine learning models and Generative AI solutions to build intelligent software that delight our customers. You will work with highly skilled engineers in building comprehensive solutions to challenging business problems in customer experience, personalization; as well as solve technical problems in model evaluation, simulation and more.

• →Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms. 
• →Build Intelligent Software using Large Language Models (AI Agents). 
• →Design and refine ML models to enhance their performance, scalability, and robustness. 
• →Assess, design and curate comprehensive evaluations for open-ended GenerativeAI problems. 
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions within broader product and platform initiatives. 
• →Drive the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge ML technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the industry. 

• 6+ years of overall experience in machine learning related roles.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, etc. 
• Familiarity with AI assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code or VS Code. 
• Proficient in Python programming language with familiarity with software engineering best practices, such as version control, code review, CI/CD, etc. 
• Proficiency with prompt engineering and large language models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Experience building conversational systems. 
• Experience in designing comprehensive evaluations and verification methods. 
• Proficiency in Typescript is a plus.
