We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Retoucher, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

• →Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, and commercial campaigns
• →Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image clean-up, and finishing
• →Retouch beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and product imagery with a strong attention to detail
• →Integrate CGI elements seamlessly with photography when required
• →Follow creative direction while maintaining consistency with established visual standards
• →Collaborate with photographers, art directors, producers, and CGI artists
• →Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• →Prepare and deliver production-ready files according to specifications
• →Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow best practices

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial studio or agency environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and photographic techniques
• Advanced compositing and masking skills
• Experience with beauty/skin retouching at a high-end level
• Familiarity with CGI workflows and integration is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across assets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to take direction and provide creative problem-solving when needed

• Experience working with large-scale campaigns and high-volume production
• Knowledge of Capture One or similar raw processing software
• Understanding of print and digital production requirements
• Basic knowledge of 3D/CGI tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)
