We need an English-fluent Growth Product Manager (PT) , based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the growth model + metrics: Define activation, sharing, invites, review completion, rescore, and retention metrics; build a weekly “flywheel health” dashboard and run the weekly growth cadence.
- →Run acquisition for the first wedge cohort: Recruit and manage early users (authors + reviewers), including outreach, scheduling sessions, and turning insights into product changes.
- →Design and execute lifecycle: Onboarding, re-engagement, rescore prompts, reviewer invite and completion nudges—across email and in-product messaging.
- →Own experimentation: Maintain a prioritized experiment backlog; run A/B and rapid iteration across onboarding, report UX, share flow, and reviewer loop conversion.
- →Scale into “lab pods” over time: Help convert early traction into repeat usage via lab-level workflows and repeatable onboarding playbooks.
Requirements
~1 min read- 4-6+ years in growth / product growth / lifecycle (startup experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytics instincts (funnels, cohorts, attribution) and comfort working with product/engineering to instrument events.
- Excellent copy/messaging skills (trust-sensitive audience).
- Comfortable doing the work: CRM/lifecycle setup, spreadsheets, experiment design, cohort ops.
- Can operate with ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Fluent in English and proficient in academic speak.
Nice to have - Experience with community-driven or invite-based flywheels
- Familiarity with academic workflows (preprints, peer review, lab culture)
- Experience with AI-enabled products where trust + explainability drives conversion
