About the Role

We’re looking for a strong Software Engineer with a frontend focus to build and scale high-performance scheduling and booking experiences. You’ll work across the stack — primarily on frontend systems like booking widgets and calendar views, while also contributing to APIs and backend integrations that power them.

This role requires strong execution, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering scalable, reliable systems.

Build and ship high-quality frontend features using Vue.js and Nuxt

Own projects end-to-end: requirements → design → implementation → testing → deployment → monitoring

Develop performant, responsive, and accessible UI components and booking flows

Optimize frontend performance (SSR, hydration, lazy loading, Core Web Vitals)

Design and integrate with backend APIs for scheduling, availability, and booking workflows

Contribute to backend services where needed (API design, data modeling, performance)

Break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks and drive them to completion

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Proactively identify tech debt and improve system reliability

3–6 years of software engineering experience (frontend-heavy)

Strong proficiency in Vue.js, Nuxt (2 or 3), and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

Solid understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and responsive design

Working knowledge of backend systems (APIs, databases, system design fundamentals)

Experience building scalable, maintainable systems across frontend and backend boundaries

Ability to independently drive features from idea to production

Operate with ownership: take goals, define the approach, and execute independently

Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and trade-offs

Navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions without waiting for perfect specs

Balance speed with long-term maintainability and scalability

Write clear design docs, PRs, and contribute to thoughtful code reviews

Contribute to improving frontend architecture, performance, and developer experience

Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and best practices

Help drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Build high-scale, high-impact systems used in real-world workflows

Own problems end-to-end across frontend and backend

Work in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

Tackle complex product and engineering challenges with real user impact
