Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Platform to build the foundational capabilities that enable HighLevel teams to ship AI-powered features faster and more reliably. This role is ideal for technical product managers or builder PMs who enjoy systems thinking and platform design. You will define and build internal AI infrastructure such as agent frameworks, model orchestration, evaluation systems, and data pipelines while ensuring these systems are reliable, scalable, and easy for product teams to use.

- Identify core AI primitives that should be centralized across the company.
- Ensure platform capabilities enable teams to ship AI features faster.

Design and evolve platform systems including:
- LLM and model orchestration
- Agent frameworks and tool usage
- Context and data pipelines
- AI evaluation and monitoring
- Guardrails and governance frameworks

- Build tools and abstractions that simplify AI development for product teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8–10 years of product management experience
- Experience working on technical platforms or developer infrastructure
- Strong understanding of AI systems and LLM architectures
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership
