This role will support CAE development activities.

Responsibilities

→Utilize Ansa for preprocessing tasks and meshing.
→Responsible for dynamic and/or static, linear and/or nonlinear analysis utilizing Abaqus
→Interpret data, develop, and report countermeasures using nCode and Metapost for post processing.
→Must be able to optimize and correlate analyses with real world test results.
→Communicates effectively within the group about milestones and issues, and outside the group to accomplish goals.
→Analyze and resolve complex problems independently or with minimal guidance.
→Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve product and/or processes.
→Utilizes Excel to create and update project schedules.
→Travel to client site required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years relevant exp. or Master’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years relevant exp
Education with the following specialties preferred: Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing
Experience with CAE tools Abaqus, Ansa, and nCode are required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including excel.
