Primary Responsibilities:

Varies per role – Inquire within to learn more about these role opportunities and responsibilities
Advance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitutes when necessary. All employees are expected to cross-train as a Swim Instructor
Provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members Job Qualifications and Skills
Ability to work with children
Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
All employees must cross-train as a swim instructor/lifeguard
