Primary Responsibilities

Keep swimmers safe through active lifeguard supervision
Teach water safety and swim skills using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
Encourage and motivate swimmers through positive reinforcement
Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
