About the Role
~1 min readAs an Associate Sales Recruiter, you will play a key role in building high-impact teams by attracting, engaging, and closing top talent. This role blends recruiting expertise with a strong commercial mindset — you'll build compelling narratives about our opportunities and guide candidates through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume hiring environments, understands tech/SaaS talent dynamics, and cares deeply about delivering a great candidate experience.
In this role, you will gain international exposure, working with global stakeholders while being part of a structured Talent Acquisition function and cross-collaborative teams. Motive also offers strong growth opportunities, both within Talent Acquisition and across other teams, enabling long-term career progression.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities

Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing)

Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates

Represent Motive's story clearly and authentically to candidates throughout the process

Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and relationship-building

Consistently meet recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)

Leverage ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and data to optimize hiring processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience

2+ years in high-volume recruiting within SaaS/tech, or equivalent transferable experience

Background in sales or customer success is a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward a decision

Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with US/Go-to-Market hiring

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing via LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes

Comfortable managing a high volume of moving pieces and shifting priorities

Clear, confident communicator across written, verbal, and candidate-facing interactions

No specific degree required; we care most about relevant experience and demonstrated results
