We’re looking for a Growth Head who can architect and scale our products D2C engine across global markets. This role seeks ownership of performance marketing, systems, analytics, community building, and marketplace expansion into one unified growth function. If you thrive on high ownership, love experimentation, and can balance quantitative rigor with strong brand intuition, this is the role for you.
Build and scale the full growth pipeline across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Own the end-to-end growth strategy for wearables and future products.
Lead multi-channel paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platforms.
Drive CAC efficiency, optimize ROAS, and build a learning-driven experimentation roadmap.
Establish rigorous attribution, funnel analytics, and predictive models for scaling spend profitably.
Grow our products footprint on Amazon, regional marketplaces, and international D2C stores.
Architect country-specific launch playbooks (pricing, creative, supply velocity, conversion funnels).
Build a high-performing content engine that powers SEO, product storytelling, and thought leadership.
Increase organic traffic, app visibility, and data-led inbound conversion.
Build a scaled creator program across the US, Europe, and India.
Drive influencer-led conversions, ambassador communities, and recurring UGC pipelines.
Leverage growth analytics tools to run A/B tests, LTV/CAC modeling, cohort analysis, and retention insights.
Build dashboards, forecasting models, and decision frameworks for leadership.
Foster a global community through UGC, beta groups, loyalty programs, and lifecycle marketing.
Build retention engines across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app personalization.
Proven D2C growth experience, ideally in a consumer electronics, wearables, or health-tech environment.
Hands-on expertise with Shopify, performance platforms, attribution tools, and analytics stacks.
5+ years of experience with a track record of scaling revenue and launching products internationally.
Strong EQ + IQ balance — can marry hard data with brand intuition.
A builder’s mindset: ownership, scrappiness, global exposure, and high adaptability.
B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institution preferred, but not mandatory if experience speaks louder.
