We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Patent Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups. This isn't just about "checking boxes"—you will be at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and agile software, navigating the complex landscapes that define the future of technology.

Develop IP strategies for leading tech startups
Work with startup founders, product owners and engineers to protect their key innovations
Manage the IP portfolio of startups and coordinate external attorneys

Requirements

Qualification: Fully qualified patent attorney (US, EPO and/or Germany).
Expertise: Significant experience in semiconductors, physics and electronics.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English
Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are pragmatic, proactive, and capable of explaining complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail without losing sight of the "big picture" business objectives.
You are a good communicator. You can put your ideas into words.
