Retail Assistant Manager

Our Retail Assistant Manager- II provides store leadership at the largest of our Goodwill store sites.  They provide leadership in particular for the processing/warehouse portion of the store, supervising staff who sort and grade incoming goods.  Their customer service skills must also be top-notch as they will deal with elevated customer issues, demonstrating to the store staff our commitment to friendly customer service and team work.
