ERP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring Oracle ERP solutions, and providing functional expertise to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Oracle ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement solutions across a complex, multi-application landscape with intricate integrations
• Design and deploy solutions aligned with industry best practices to optimize and streamline client supply chain operations
• Capture client business requirements, facilitate and drive design discussions, and expertly translate designs into hands-on implemented solutions.
• Execute system configurations and manage data migration processes to meet defined business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle to strategize and recommend optimal process and technology solutions to achieve project objectives

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience from at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud, specializing in one or more of the following ERP modules:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Management
  • Fixed Assets
• Passionate and driven about personal and professional growth.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.

Qualifications: CA finalist, ACCA affiliate or equivalent education with strong educational background. Previous working experience in a top tier accounting firm or an ERP environment in a multinational would be an added advantage.
