Responsibilities

→Help log and track customer quality complaints and assist with 8D reports
→Support failure analysis activities and help document findings
→Assist with collecting and organizing faulty parts and inspection data
→Perform basic visual and electrical checks (training provided)
→Help maintain the faulty parts database and track common failure types
→Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
→Support customer visits alongside senior engineers

Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Materials Science
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Interest in quality engineering, data analysis, and customer-facing work
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn tools like Excel, Minitab, or Power BI
Ability to travel occasionally with the team
