Under the leadership of the department manager, the Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for aligning with headquarters' operational strategies, sales forecasts, and customer requirements to formulate and execute detailed production plans. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional departments to resolve production bottlenecks, monitor progress, and ensure production targets are met on time and within scope.

Bachelor's degree or above
3+ Years of related working experience
Proficiency in office tools including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
Prefer skills: Data virtualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI
Strong learning agility and adaptability
High level of execution and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
Strong team leadership and collaboration spirit
Prior experience in production planning or operations in a manufacturing environment preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90k - $110k + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
