We are looking for a clinician who is confident managing private patients, communicates exceptionally well, and is comfortable delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in both in-person and remote settings.

  • Conduct face-to-face private GP consultations at our North London clinic
  • Deliver remote GP consultations where required
  • Manage acute and chronic primary care presentations
  • Arrange investigations, referrals, prescriptions, and follow-up plans
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, specialists, and diagnostics teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
  • Adhere to GPDQ clinical governance and operational standards

  • GMC registered GP with license to practice
  • Minimum 2 years post-CCT GP experience
  • Experience working independently in primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical decision-making ability
  • Comfortable with both face-to-face and remote consulting
  • Able to travel reliably to the N13 clinic location within a reasonable timeframe
  • High standards of professionalism, documentation, and patient care
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and clinical governance

  • Previous private GP experience
  • Experience using digital consultation platforms
  • Interest in preventative medicine and continuity of care
  • Experience managing higher-expectation patient groups/corporate clients
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple service types
  • Familiarity with referral pathways, diagnostics, and private prescribing

We are particularly looking for someone who:

  • Is warm, approachable, and patient-focused
  • Understands the importance of customer service within private healthcare
  • Can build rapport quickly and confidently
  • Is calm under pressure and clinically safe
  • Works well within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Takes pride in high-quality notes, follow-up, and communication
  • Understands that private medicine is not simply “faster NHS care” — patients expect accessibility, clarity, reassurance, and excellent service
