• Lead New Product Industrialization (NPI) activities
• Drive process improvements and manufacturing innovation
• Coordinate product implementation and technical communication with customers
• Support tooling, automation, and production optimization initiatives

🔹 Requirements:
• BSc in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in ERP systems, automation, robotics, programming, and 3D modelling will be an added advantage
• German language skills and PCB manufacturing knowledge are a plus
