BCBA Clinical Director

• →Scope: Clinical and operational oversight of your center along with a reduced case of roughly 60 client hours
• →Supervision: 12–20% target supervision · 2.5–5% Family Treatment Guidance (FTG)
• →Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 incl. bonuses

• Operational dashboards for clinical quality, supervision, and center health

• BCBA certification, licensed in TX and in good standing
• Supervisory or leadership experience, and the judgment to develop other clinicians
• Comfort owning both clinical quality and operational health — you're fluent in the data
• Clear, proactive communication and a high clinical bar
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
