GRAIL is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Product Delivery Team. This team designs, builds, and supports software applications and backend services that power internal and external product delivery initiatives across the organization. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions that directly support GRAIL's mission of advancing early cancer detection.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of production-grade applications and services using modern software engineering practices. Our current flexible work arrangement policy requires that a minimum of 60%, or 24 hours, of your total work week be on-site. Your specific schedule, determined in collaboration with your manager, will align with team and business needs and could exceed the 60% requirement for the site. At our new Sunnyvale campus, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the key days where we encourage on-site presence to engage in events and on-site activities.
