About the Role

~1 min read

Build the programme rhythm that gets manufacturing test ready for every new Graphcore product.

As Staff Programme Manager, you will plan and coordinate manufacturing test delivery for New Product Introductions. You will connect chip test, board test, system test, lab operations and silicon characterisation into one clear programme.

Your work will help Manufacturing Operations prepare earlier, align faster and manage risk with confidence. You will create visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies and readiness.

You will support DfX reviews, manage cross-functional plans and keep teams focused on clear outcomes. You will also improve NPI and NPD processes across test, lab and characterisation activity.

This role suits someone who brings structure without slowing engineering down. You will turn complex technical delivery into practical progress across global teams.

You will join Product Test and Diagnosis within Manufacturing Operations. The team defines and delivers test strategy across silicon, boards, server blades and rack scale systems.

Work happens across Bristol, Cambridge, Taiwan, India and the United States. You will create alignment through clear plans, direct communication and visible ownership.

Decisions are made through evidence, technical input and shared accountability for manufacturing readiness. The team values people who speak up early and keep complex work moving.

· Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes
· Ability to tailor delivery methods, including waterfall, Agile or Scrum, to the work in front of you
· Understanding of test and diagnosis across silicon, packaged devices, PCB assemblies, server blades and rack scale systems
· Ability to connect hardware design, manufacturing, test, lab infrastructure and silicon characterisation activity
· Experience managing complex dependencies across technical, operational and manufacturing constraints
· Strong communication skills for independent ownership and alignment across geographically distributed teams

While we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences. If you meet most of our essential criteria, we encourage you to submit an application and showcase how your background makes you a strong candidate.
