Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Night Shift

As a CNA on our night team, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected throughout the overnight hours. You’ll:

• →Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• →Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care
• →Help residents prepare for and settle into their nighttime routines
• →Monitor residents and communicate important changes to the nursing team
• →Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• →Support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life
• →Work together with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care
• →Be a dependable and reassuring presence for residents throughout the night

• Current CNA certification
• A genuine desire to care for and connect with older adults
• Compassion, patience, and respect for the people you serve
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
