As Head of Product Management, you will lead the product strategy, execution, and evolution of GreenFlux into a product-driven organization.
You will shape not only what we build, but also how the company operates across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations to deliver customer value faster, more efficiently, and at scale.
You will lead a team of Product Managers working closely with Engineering, Design, and other business stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will drive strategic product direction, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and establish scalable product management practices that support GreenFlux’s continued growth.
This is a strategic leadership role combining product vision, organizational leadership, operational excellence, and commercial thinking.
Responsibilities

Help evolve GreenFlux into a product-driven organization with strong customer and business focus
Translate market developments, customer needs, and business goals into clear product priorities
Own and communicate the product roadmap across the organization
Ensure product investments deliver measurable customer and business value
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers
Foster a high-performance product culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strengthen product thinking and customer-centric decision-making across teams
Support the professional growth of the product management organization
Drive strong alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support
Improve organizational efficiency through scalable product development and prioritization processes
Facilitate effective prioritization and trade-off decisions across stakeholders
Help establish structures that support rapid growth and future acquisitions/integrations
Support product launches and go-to-market activities
Define and evolve compelling commercial value propositions
Support strategic customer engagements and executive-level discussions
Provide strategic input to the Management Team and company leadership
Define KPIs and drive data-informed product decisions
Proven experience building, scaling, or operating within a product-driven organization
Leadership experience in Product Management within a complex B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of modern product operating models and agile software development
Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving organizational change and cross-functional collaboration
Professional fluency in English
Nice to Have
