We're a Salesforce and MuleSoft consulting company that's figured out something most haven't: how to use AI not as a buzzword, but as the backbone of how we deliver. Our engineers work alongside AI-powered delivery tools that handle meaningful portions of development, testing, SOW generation, and discovery, which means we move faster, deliver more consistently, and compete at price points that shouldn't be possible with onshore quality.

That model is working. Now we need someone who can own the client experience and the delivery across a portfolio of engagements, the person who makes sure every client feels well-served, every project stays healthy, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years in a technical project management or client delivery role in software services or consulting. You've owned plans, managed milestones, coordinated engineering or technical teams, and kept complex work on track across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft. You're not writing code, but you understand what's being built, speak the language credibly, and know when something is harder than estimated or outside scope
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical engagements. You've owned the plan, tracked risks, unblocked teams, and kept projects on schedule and in scope simultaneously. (Our model runs 8 to 12 at a time, made manageable by AI tooling that handles the operational overhead.)
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based delivery. You understand how technical work gets scoped, estimated, and executed, and you know when something is off-track before the engineer tells you
  • Exceptional communication: clear, concise, confident, and warm. Written and verbal.
  • A genuine bias for action. You respond quickly, make decisions, and keep things moving without waiting to be told
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or MuleSoft. You've worked directly in the tools, not just alongside them
  • Background in SOW-driven engagements where you've managed scope, change requests, and project-based billing
  • Experience as an Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager at a consulting or SI firm
