Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus equity in a fast-growing startup.  Grow Progress offers a wide range of benefits to employees, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match up to 4%, unlimited time off for vacation, $1,300 annual work from home reimbursement, generous sick time, and 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents. Staff are also offered stipends for professional development, wellness, and access to Carrot insurance, among other benefits. Our benefits prioritize employee wellness and progressive support for our diverse workforce.
