Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $94,300 - $122,600 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Manager, Revenue Growth Management, supports the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies for assigned brands and categories. This role translates strategy into actionable pricing, PPA, mix, and promotional recommendations, delivering revenue and margin targets while partnering with cross-functional teams. As a key member of the RGM team, this role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Planning to ensure strategies are grounded in consumer needs, channel dynamics, and value creation opportunities Key Job Responsibilities: Own Category RGM Strategy Work with Brand, Business Units and Key Customer Teams on AOP, developing Pricing, PPA and, trade strategies that maximize growth and ROI. Will work closely with a cross functional group from Finance, Business Units, and Key customer teams in ongoing analysis of current year plan.  Connect Strategy to Financial & Commercial Processes Drive Short-Term Delivery & Long-Term Value Creation Lead Marketing and Category management projects to cross functional teams Lead Ad Hoc projects in and outside core responsibilities to build knowledge base within project that enhance company’s growth and /or profitability Conducts Ad Hoc Brand, Business Unit and Key Account pricing and promotion analysis based on business priorities Leadership Competencies: Situational Adaptability: Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different situations. Drives Engagement: Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Ensures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Manages Complexity: Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Education and Work History: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, MBA preferred Minimum 5 years with CPG company in Revenue Management, Business Development, Trade Marketing, Business Strategy, Brand Strategy and planning, Category Management or Trade Analytic roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Understanding of P&L management Understanding of DSD environment Knowledge in Agile Process, Database Analyst, and Project Management preferred Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills and conceptual thinking abilities Strong listening and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross functional groups Working knowledge of IRI/Syndicated Data and Existing BBU Systems 10% -15%  travel The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
