Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $76,300 - $99,200 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Senior Finance Analyst, G&A and Marketing is responsible for assisting in reporting insights, analysis, forecasting and planning for Marketing and Admin expenses. The role will focus on analyzing variance to budget and prior year including digging into expense detail, forecasting expenses for the year, supporting annual planning, and evaluating risks and opportunities. The role reports into the Senior Manager of G&A and Marketing and interacts with BBU’s functional leaders as well as the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: G&A Build strong relationships with the functional teams and create a strategic partnership. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasting and month end close reporting. Manage expense budget by functional leader and monitor spending. Prepare and present monthly Admin Overhead performance presentations by functional leader. Collaborate with the North American teams to understand budget and forecasting impact, analyze cost and provide guidance. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Marketing Build strong relationships with the Marketing teams and create a strategic partnership. Assist in Marketing spend forecasts, monthly accruals, and balance sheet reconciliation Support in maintaining the Marketing Budget Tracking File including updating actual expenses from our ledger, creating new reports, updating spend forecast, and tracking budget shifts Prepare and collect budget templates for the Annual Operating Plan Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Education and Work History: Degree in Finance, Business Admin or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency may be substituted. CPG, Food Service or DSD experience preferred but not required. Experience/Familiarity with emerging AI Tools preferred but not required. 3-5 years of progressive analysis experience required. Financial knowledge and general accounting knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle Financials and leveraging business intelligence systems. Intermediate/Strong MS Excel modeling and data management capabilities. Well organized and detail oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills along with MS PowerPoint presentation skills.
