Senior Sales Analyst

Data Management & Reporting Maintain retailer and syndicated sales databases, dashboards, and reporting tools. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of recurring sales reports. Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies across multiple data sources. Support the development and enhancement of automated reporting solutions. Analyze retailer sales performance across categories, brands, segments, and geographies. Evaluate trends in sales, share, distribution, pricing, promotion, and shopper behavior. Deliver insights that help prioritize opportunities and address performance gaps. Develop fact-based business cases to support sales strategies and customer initiatives. Support annual planning, business reviews, and retailer selling stories. Use a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Understands the business and organizational environment and shows interest in adapting to their culture and ways of working. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, related field or relevant experience. 2-5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, sales analytics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Experience working with retailer sales data and syndicated datasets preferred (Circana, NielsenIQ, retailer POS data, etc.). Experience supporting customer sales, category management, or revenue growth teams preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
