Business AnalystData & AI

Our client is bringing on two Business Analysts to support their International eCommerce team with fit/gap and process analysis. These are hands-on roles focused on understanding how current-state processes work today across the eCommerce systems landscape — including Product Studio and the order management system (OMS) — comparing them against target-state capabilities, and clearly documenting where the gaps are.

You'll spend your time mapping processes, running fit/gap analysis, and translating findings into actionable artifacts — including gap stories that capture where today's processes fall short and what needs to change. It's a strong fit for a curious analyst who is organized, communicates well, and wants to grow inside a large enterprise program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct fit/gap analysis, comparing current-state processes and capabilities against target-state requirements or out-of-the-box platform functionality.
  • Document and map current-state (as-is) business processes.
  • Identify and capture gaps, and write clear gap stories (user stories) that articulate the gap, its impact, and the desired outcome.
  • Partner with process owners, SMEs, and the delivery team to gather requirements and validate findings.
  • Support requirements workshops and working sessions.
  • Maintain analysis artifacts, backlog items, and traceability.

  • Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN) or tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Agile / Scrum experience.
  • Enterprise or retail program experience.
