The TA Team is looking for a recruitment professional to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market. This role is located in Mumbai.
- "Around the World" orientation- Meet your global TA team members in your first week while in orientation
- LinkedIn Enterprise Solutions Learning- Take online courses on sourcing, interviewing, and other recruitment functions
- Research and develop professional competencies- Have access to white papers, online articles, and other media as a part of our network
- Own your role: Become a mentor, advisor, and thought leader within the TA global structure
- Oversee projects: Choose projects that include: Employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more
- Exposure and usage of state-of-the-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the candidate process from the initial interview to the offer stage
- →Source, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and alternative search techniques
- →Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
- →Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- 6-10 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably with in-house or agency
- Demonstrated capacity for successfully working in a dynamic recruitment environment
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards, such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
- APAC & Global Hiring Exposure: Strong preference for candidates with experience hiring across multiple APAC markets (China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, etc.); global recruiting experience is a significant plus.
- Multi-Level, Multi-Function Hiring: Responsible for hiring across all levels—from early-career roles to mid and senior positions—spanning functions including HR and Finance.
