Guidepoint is seeking a dynamic Associate to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality primary research insights to clients by connecting them with the most relevant industry experts. What You Will Own: 

  • Partner with global Project Managers to support clients in gathering primary research insights
  • Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts for consultations and surveys based on client needs
  • Screen expert profiles and responses to assess subject matter expertise and suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule expert consultations and meetings between advisors and clients
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain accurate records in Guidepoint’s CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with international team members to optimize service delivery

Experience You Will Bring:  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all professional levels
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
