Guild Garage Group is currently conducting a search for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our corporate accounting team. This position will play an active role in providing A/R support to our brands and providing necessary oversight. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong desire to learn and implement process improvements. The ability to prioritize, efficiently plan work activities, and be detail and results oriented is critical to the position.

~1 min read- →Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
- →Train and support brand level staff regarding the proper use of the CRM/Sales Order system. Answer questions from the brand on an as needed basis.
- →Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and minimize overdue receivables.
- →Develop and implement procedures to collect outstanding payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- →Provide oversight to brand team members regarding collection efforts.
- →Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.
- →Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and recording of customer payments. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
- →Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- →Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor required.
- Strong experience within a multi-entity business environment at a corporate level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar
- Experience using a CRM system such as Service Titan or similar.
