Raynor Overhead Doors & Gates is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help support our field technicians and deliver exceptional service to customers across Oahu.
This is more than a typical customer service role — you’ll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and operations, helping keep jobs organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
• Coordinate technician schedules and appointments
• Answer customer calls and provide updates
• Support dispatching and daily operations
• Keep service records accurate and organized
• Help create smooth, positive customer experiences
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
• Experience in home services is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and enjoy helping both customers and teammates succeed.
