As the Director of Field Operations, you will lead the execution of operational strategies across multiple brands, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability. You will work closely with brand leaders to implement standardized processes, develop business plans, and integrate acquisitions. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and positioning Guild Garage Group brands for long-term success.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans with brand leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- →Standardize Best Practices: Implement the Guild Group Operating Model to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brands.
- →Develop Leadership Teams: Mentor brand Presidents and leadership teams to enhance their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
- →Lead Change Management: Guide acquired brands through the integration process, ensuring profitability within the first year.
- →Foster Communication & Alignment: Serve as a strategic advisor, providing clear and transparent updates to leadership teams.
- →Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to ensure brands meet financial and operational goals.
- Proven leader with experience in multi-unit operations, business leadership, or field operations.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and scaling businesses.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and act on performance data.
- Experience in M&A integration and leading change initiatives.
- Exceptional communicator who fosters collaboration across teams.
- Passion for leadership development and building high-performing teams.
