Logistics Coordinator

Tracking shipments and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries

Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans

Updating shipment status in Excel and maintaining accurate logistics records

Following up with transport partners regarding delayed or pending shipments

Coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch

Monitoring inventory movement and reporting discrepancies to the concerned team

Handling basic communication with producers and transporters regarding shipment updates

Ensuring all logistics activities comply with company policies and documentation requirements

Escalating shipment delays, damages, or operational issues to the reporting manager

Preparing daily and weekly logistics reports

Supporting import/export documentation whenever required

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Excel for shipment tracking and reporting

Good communication skills for coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams

Familiarity with shipping documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans)

Ability to multitask and follow up proactively on pending or delayed shipments

Problem-solving mindset to identify and escalate inventory discrepancies or operational issues
