How It Works

We do mobile training differently — and smarter:

Your own zone. Each trainer covers a defined area of town near where they live, so you're not crisscrossing Austin between sessions. We also have policies in place to compensate for excessive drive time when it happens.
A real starting point. We aim to have at least one client lined up for you when you join — you start earning from week one, not after months of hustling.
We build your book — you don't have to. Everyone starts part-time, and our Business Development team takes the lead on marketing and growing your client list. If you want to accelerate things, you can take on your own marketing efforts to help, but selling isn't your job. Training is.
Earn beyond training. Paid marketing and community outreach tasks let you add income while building your own client base faster.

What You'll Do

Deliver creative, high-energy 1:1 and group training sessions in homes, offices, and community settings
Design personalized programs and track client progress through the GYMGUYZ App
Manage your schedule and client communication through our mobile tools
Motivate clients, measure results, and celebrate wins
Represent GYMGUYZ's core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session

What You Bring

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or similar)
Current CPR/AED certification (required)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within your assigned zone
Comfort using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, notes, and scheduling
Excellent communication, professionalism, and positive energy
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
