Mobile Personal Trainer & Fitness Sales Professional

Compensation: $50–$55 per session + 5% commission + performance bonuses + PTO + advancement opportunities

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations
Recommend customized fitness programs based on client goals and needs
Close training packages and help clients confidently begin their fitness journey
Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions
Design and update personalized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
Track client progress through regular reassessments
Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
Participate in community outreach and business development activities
Support and collaborate with other members of the training team

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Current CPR/AED certification
Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
Experience selling personal training or wellness programs
Leadership or mentoring experience
Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms
