You have 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus. You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.

We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to join our Partnerships team in Paris!
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France from scratch.
- Lead outbound activity across cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow our partner network across the region.
- Drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners, clearly communicating our value proposition to providers discovering us for the first time.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring we quickly onboard an initial base of high-quality wellness partners to support our corporate clients.
- Take ownership of the onboarding and handover process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience as they join our platform. Work closely with the Partnership Leader to improve those processes as we scale.
- Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing regional insights and local nuances to help shape our supply strategy.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions, contributing to building a strong and attractive network in the region.

- You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
- You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
- You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
- You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
