We’re looking for a talented Wellbeing Engagement Planning Specialist to join our Revenue team in Mexico City!
Reporting directly to the Engagement Lead, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to Wellhub's mission, planning and supporting clients and local teams in choosing the best communication strategy available for different realities. This is a B2B2C position within the Revenue team, responsible for executing unique and scalable employee campaigns and developing our strategies in close collaboration with our internal Client Success team and clients.
- Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plan.
- Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
- Understands and map HRs Wellness strategies considering different sizes, sectors and audiences to build a wellbeing program for our clients, in an individual and scalable manner.
- Engage clients about Wellbeing Engagement through exclusive plans and scalable manners.
- Build scalable solutions to implement on your client portfolio.
- Monitor and control results of the plans and client portfolio.
- 3-5+ years of proven work experience in related positions;
- Advanced English;
- Strong analytical skills and equally as happy getting your hands on;
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully;
- Focus on results and innovative profile, having an scalable solutions mindset
- Strong relationship and communication skills, also the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Have a burning desire to be part of a winning team where you can truly make a difference.
