Staff Product Manager | B2B - GenAI

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager in our Zenith Team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

The Zenith team is responsible for reinventing our marketing + sales machine so that no opportunity is left behind. With it, we will change the way we do B2B sales in several fronts: inbound, outbound, analytics, content creation and more. Come join us in a journey shared with several business teams, where we'll create new technology and adopt the cutting edge of what our vendors can do.

• Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance
• Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
• Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps
• Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products
• Partner with other product teams, both internal and external to Wellhub, to align on dependencies and deliver impact to our partners, users and clients;
• Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress
• Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and process
• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers

• Product management experience with great tech products from scratch, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members
• Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product
• Be able to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product
• Desirable experience leading conversational products, specially those powering LLM products.
• Desirable experience leading sales products.
• Ability to nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision;
• Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions;
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
• Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions
• Engineering/ software development background is a plus
• Experience in agile development environments
