Hacken is expanding its focus on institutional and enterprise clients in digital assets; therefore, we are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Lead who will contribute directly to that shift by strengthening how the company generates demand, positions its offerings, and converts opportunities into long-term revenue
Responsibilities

Design and execute targeted marketing strategies for institutional segments, including banks, asset managers, exchanges, custodians, and infrastructure providers

Build and scale repeatable pipeline generation channels (account-based marketing, partnerships, industry events, and high-signal content)
- →
Work closely with sales to convert demand into qualified opportunities and revenue
- →
Develop clear, consistent messaging for cybersecurity, compliance, and blockchain offerings tailored to CISO, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
- →
Ensure alignment between external positioning and actual product and service capabilities
- →
Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback, client interactions, and sales insights
- →
Own the funnel from target account engagement through to pipeline creation
- →
Define, track, and improve key metrics including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness
- →
Improve quality and relevance of inbound and outbound demand
- →
Establish a structured approach to experimentation and performance improvement across channels
- →
Optimize conversion, channel efficiency, and return on marketing investment
- →
Apply automation and AI tools where they improve execution and scalability
- →
Work in close alignment with Sales, Product, Security, and Compliance teams
- →
Coordinate Web, Content, and Communications into a unified execution plan
- →
Ensure consistency across all marketing outputs and touch points
4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or product marketing
Proven track record of contributing to pipeline generation and revenue
Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or closely related markets
Background in at least one of the following fields: Cybersecurity, Fintech / Regtech or Enterprise SaaS with complex sales cycles
Experience working with enterprise or institutional clients
Understanding of multi-stakeholder sales environments and long sales cycles
Experience with account-based and targeted demand generation approaches
Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline, conversion, and ROI
Structured approach to experimentation and performance optimization
Clear and concise communication (English C1+)
