This Role: As a Director of Project Management, you will have the opportunity to provide executive leadership over our commercial construction project portfolio. You will have full ownership of portfolio‑level project delivery and performance. You’ll lead with autonomy, accountability, and a display sharp business mindset while partnering closely with executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Owning the full lifecycle performance of multiple concurrent commercial construction projects
  • Providing executive‑level oversight of schedule, financial performance, risk, and profitability
  • Establishing and enforcing consistent project management standards and best practices
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
  • Partnering with Finance on WIP reporting, forecasting, and revenue projections
  • Reviewing estimates, bids, and contracts to set projects up for success
  • Serving as the executive point of contact for key clients during construction
  • Supporting preconstruction and business development efforts through pursuits and presentations
  • Participating in director‑level planning and strategic decision‑making



Lead & Develop Teams

This role is about building people as much as delivering projects.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers
  • Promote a culture rooted in integrity, excellence, teamwork and client focus
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top project management talent aligned with right people, right seats principles
  • Establish clear expectations, performance goals, and development plans



What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of commercial construction delivery
  • Strong financial and business acumen with portfolio‑level oversight experience
  • Proven executive leadership and team‑building capability
  • Confidence navigating complex projects, risk, and decision‑making
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience working with project management and financial systems
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out and roll up sleeves when needed
