Lead - Licensed Esthetician

Top performers earn up to $45/hour.  (Base service + upgrades + commission + gratuities + bonus) We are hiring professional, serious skin specialists.

What You’ll Do
• Act as our spa's lead / trainer and ensure the team is meeting its goals
• Perform high-quality facial and skincare services while consulting with clients and build personalized treatment plans
• Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
• Build long-term client relationships through education and results

What We’re Looking For
• Active Esthetician license (state-required)
• Proven retail and in-room upgrade performance
• Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Professional, reliable, and team-driven
• Liability insurance required
