At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we pride ourselves on hiring the absolute best Licensed Estheticians. We provide a unique and singular spa experience where we not only see first-time clients coming in for our world-class services but growth in our repeat client base as well.
Because of our ever-expanding client base, we are looking to add enthusiastic, dedicated licensed estheticians to join our amazing team at our Prince Frederick, MD location.

What are we looking for?

Law-abiding citizens. All our employees must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations and carry liability insurance, with no exceptions.
Commander of communication. Our employees are our ambassadors. We need everyone to be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledgeable in Nordic. Knowledge of facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, and other skin care services.
Believe in yourself. Our employees absolutely must understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

What will you do?

Listen to the clients. Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Make new friends. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Pick up a broom. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of esthetician rooms and common areas, including some laundry and cleaning.
Commit to your craft. Commit to bettering yourself professionally through practice, training, and continuing education.
