Responsibilities

Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs
Develop customized treatment plans that support wellness and long-term results
Create a welcoming, healing experience that encourages client retention
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
Support membership growth through client education and referrals
Meet performance goals established by spa management
Collaborate with a team dedicated to outstanding guest experiences

Qualifications

Active New York State Massage Therapy License required
Ability to maintain professional liability insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and modalities
Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Availability to work flexible days, evenings, and/or weekends
