The Dealer Program Specialist is responsible for leading the execution, adoption, and performance of the Hankook One program across all participating dealers within the assigned region. This role serves as the primary liaison between Hankook corporate, the regional sales team, and dealer partners—ensuring program standards are met, performance targets are achieved, and dealers receive the support needed to maximize growth.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in automotive, tire, or retail program management; field sales or dealer development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- High level of organization, time management, and self‑direction.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Program Execution: Ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders and locations with consistency and attention to detail.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Builds trust, credibility, and long‑term partnerships with dealer leadership and staff.
- Analytical Thinking: Uses data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements.
- Influence & Communication: Communicates clearly, adapts to different audiences, and motivates dealers toward shared goals.
- Problem Solving: Anticipates challenges, identifies root causes, and implements practical solutions.
- Training & Facilitation: Delivers effective training sessions and provides ongoing coaching to improve dealer performance.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast‑moving environment with evolving program requirements and dealer needs.
- Results Orientation: Maintains focus on measurable outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.
