About the Role
~1 min readAs a Bilingual Copywriter on the Creative Marketing team, you'll help shape how Hard Rock Digital connects with Spanish-speaking sports fans across the U.S. You'll concept and craft copy in both English and Spanish that brings our brand to life across digital, social, CRM, and campaign environments - driving awareness and cultural relevance with one of the fastest-growing sports betting audiences in the country. From punchy social captions to compelling email campaigns and in-app messaging, you'll help fans experience the thrill of Hard Rock Digital in the language and cultural voice that feels most like home.
You'll collaborate closely with the Copy Lead, creative team, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure every word aligns with our brand voice while resonating authentically with U.S. Hispanic sports audiences. Your primary mission will be to support the writing and execution of Spanish-language and bilingual copy across the Sportsbook segment.

Requirements
~2 min read3+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a related creative discipline.
Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish is required - with the ability to write with equal confidence, nuance, and creativity in both languages.
A strong portfolio demonstrating bilingual or Spanish-language copy across digital, social, and CRM channels - with clear attention to cultural authenticity, brand voice, and audience awareness.
Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and sports fandom - including soccer, NFL, NBA, boxing, and beyond.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish across a range of channels and formats.
Familiarity with AP Style as a baseline, with the flexibility to set it aside. Hard Rock Bet follows its own internal copy style guide, and our house rules take precedence. You should know AP Style well enough to navigate it, but you'll be writing to a brand voice that intentionally breaks some of its conventions.
Proficiency with AI-powered writing and content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and AI-enhanced editing tools (e.g., Grammarly Business, Hemingway). Comfort using AI to accelerate copy production and generate variations - while maintaining a strong editorial voice, cultural authenticity, and brand standards across both languages.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Well-versed in writing for digital platforms - social, email, push, in-app, web, and paid ads.
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside designers, marketers, and product teams to refine creative approaches.
A passion for sports and the ability to write compellingly about live betting moments, odds, promotions, and game-day energy.
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or a similarly regulated industry is a significant advantage.
