Payroll & Reward Specialist

We’re looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join the People Team, responsible for performing payroll, compensation, benefits and savings programs administration. You’ll have experience in multi-jurisdictional and international payroll, along with solid administration skills. If you have passion in the Payroll/Rewards area and provide exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

  Minimum 3 years related payroll experience with multi-state and International payroll experience an asset.

  Proficient in using an HRIS system in particularly Kronos or ADP, as well as Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Slack, etc. Previous ATS experience, Hibob or others.

  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations.

  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems and issues.

  Strong technical skills; super-user ability/understanding of an integrated database system/HRIS.

  Self-motivated, team player, able to work well under pressure.

  Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
