Senior Systems Developer / Applications Developer – Senior

HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Senior Systems Developer / Applications Developer with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will serve as a technical expert in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of application workflows and enhancements. The developer will work with Government personnel and technical support teams to resolve application issues and implement workflow modifications and enhancements.

Position is available in the National Capital Region (NCR); requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT
• Demonstrated experience developing DoD systems utilizing the DoD Issuance 5000.02 Agile development process
• Demonstrated technical expertise in application and business process development
• Experience designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and enhancing enterprise applications
• Experience developing and supporting application workflows
• Experience working with Government customers and technical support teams to resolve application issues
• Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques used to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to reduce development time, improve deployments, and reduce defects
• Experience implementing large-scale OpenText Content Suite
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks
• Experience with OpenText Archive Center
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms
• Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD applications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
