As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and support our visual communication initiatives.


The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished and engaging video content that reflects our brand values and connects effectively with patients, providers, and the broader community. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and experience creating video content for multiple platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create a variety of video assets, including:
    • Brand overview videos
    • Patient testimonial videos (30–60 seconds and short clips)
    • Provider spotlight videos
    • Short-form social media content (15–30 seconds for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts)
    • In-location loop content for educational and welcoming displays
    • Website video content focused on patient storytelling
    • Recruitment videos showcasing company culture and team highlights
  • Incorporate motion graphics, captions, lower thirds, and branding elements.
  • Optimize videos for different formats including vertical, square, and horizontal layouts.
  • Enhance visual storytelling using music, pacing, and transitions.
  • Ensure HIPAA-conscious editing to avoid unintended exposure of protected information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on revisions and creative direction.
  • Deliver final video outputs in multiple formats and resolutions.

  • Create a seamless looping video (60–90 seconds) suitable for continuous playback in clinics.
  • Ensure the video is understandable without audio by using captions, headlines, and text overlays.
  • Highlight patient experience, provider care, services, and a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring visual tone.
  • Optimize visual clarity and readability for viewer comfort.
  • Use subtle motion graphics and smooth transitions while avoiding overly dynamic visuals.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience editing marketing, branding, or testimonial videos.
  • Strong storytelling ability along with technical editing skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with motion graphics, text overlays, and modern visual formats.
  • Experience editing content for social media platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
  • Strong attention to detail, pacing, and audio quality.
  • Ability to provide creative input and enhance visual content.

  • Long-form videos: 1–20 minutes
  • Mid-length videos: 30–60 seconds
  • Short-form clips: 15–30 seconds
  • Captioned versions for social media
  • Platform-specific exports for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web platforms
